Mark Savage | Chief Commercial Officer
Mark has overall responsibility for driving marketing and communications, sales and customer service globally.
In the last 25 years, Mark has had a varied commercial background having worked in the financial services, energy, data and sports sectors, and was part of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic bid team which successfully won the right to bring the Games to London in 2012.
Property development, sport, politics and innovation sums up Mark’s other passions.
Ben Wiseman | Chief Financial Officer
Ben leads on and manages CPIC’s finances. Experienced in both business advisory and management, Ben has worked with both start-ups and established businesses.
Ben started out at KPMG and has since worked in financial services for companies including, JP Morgan, US Bancorp Fund Services and GLG.
In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor pursuits and sports.
Kassem Jarrah | Head of Compliance and Legal Officer
Kassem has overall responsibility for providing efficient and reliable solutions that demand expert knowledge of Legal and Compliance guidelines in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Kassem, a double Law graduate, built his experience while working for some of the UK’s largest Domestic Banks, International Private Banks and Investment institution within London.
Travelling, Music, World Politics and Manchester United sum up Kassem’s other Passions.
Gareth Evans | Head of CRM
Gareth joined CPIC to build and manage an integrated CRM system running through the core of all CPIC operations, making the business more efficient and more effective.
He draws on over 20 years’ experience of sales, marketing and consulting for blue chip companies including EDF Energy, Experian and Aviva.
Fortunate to have lived in Japan for three years, Gareth is also a massive rugby fan and lists climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro as one of his proudest achievements.
Justine Ballard | Head of Communications
Justine manages the communications channels and messages for CPIC and has extensive experience of communicating across a wide range of private and public sector services. Justine has worked for a variety of organisations including the Home Office, EDF Energy, and AXA.
Also qualified as a business coach Justine has written and published, ‘Make Your Presence Felt’, an e-book that helps young professionals and graduates show the best of themselves.
Things that she finds fascinating include: Non-verbal communication, monkeys, cats, the brain, lifelong learning and most recently the wonders of gardening.
Stuart Reid | Director of Sales
Stuart joined CPIC in September 2017, having just relocated back to the UK from the Middle East, where he had spent the majority of the last ten years.
As Director of Sales, Stuart is responsible for overseeing CPIC’s sales activities, managing the sales teams and ensuring people understand the benefits of Gwadar and the communities that we are building.
After leaving the University of Strathclyde Business School, Stuart has spent the majority of his career in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working on a variety of finance and real estate projects. Stuart spent three years as a Senior Manager with one of Dubai’s largest property developers.
Out of working hours Stuart has three passions his family, watches and his first love Glasgow Rangers!
Daniel De-Bruce | Director of Sales
Daniel has had an established career in Sales and has specialised in real estate and holiday properties. Daniel is cosmopolitan and well-travelled, having spent over 10 years living and working abroad. He has worked for companies such as Marriott Vacations, Royal Resorts and Carlton Property Investments, and has been based in Spain, France, Dubai and Mexico.
Alongside Stuart, Daniel is responsible for overseeing CPIC’s sales activities, managing the sales teams and ensuring people understand the benefits of Gwadar and the communities that we are building.
His passions outside of work are his family and sport.
Aqib Shah | Director of Sales
A property investment expert by profession, Aqib has a wealth of experience working within the property market – both in the UK and overseas. Growing up in Karachi, Pakistan before pursuing higher education in the UK, Aqib has gained a thorough knowledge of Pakistan’s real estate market and this makes him a great asset for CPIC.
Before heading up CPIC’s office’s, Aqib studied Digital Marketing and E-commerce at the University of Hull where he founded an online marketing agency ‘I’m Innovation’. After university, Aqib joined the property investment sector, working with leading organisations and specialising in the buy-to-let, hotel investment, and student accommodation sectors. He has helped many property investors to build lucrative investment portfolios, carefully crafted to deliver high yields alongside solid capital gains.
Aqib is a car enthusiast and a fitness fanatic who enjoys going to the gym six days a week.
Asad Gill | Consultant / Sales Director
With MBAs in HR and marketing, Asad has a wide range of Senior Management experience in major accounts, operations, facilities, sales and business development, sales force retention and customer services.
Asad’s experience spans various industries including: insurance, transport, retail, information technology, nuclear and pharmaceutical.
Asad loves to travel, listen to music, and cook. Worked for Social and Welfare organizations.
