The fast-paced development of the Gwadar property market was highlighted in February by a significant move for CPIC. They are the market leader for real estate purchases in the Gwadar region and have now opened a new office in Baltimore, Maryland.
The celebrate the new launch, CPIC held a Gala Dinner at the BWI Airport Marriott Hotel on February 9th when a number of dignitaries, including CPIC founding board member, Zeeshan Shah were in attendance.
Commenting on the news, Zeeshan Shah said:

Zeeshan Shah went on to compare CPIC with market leading companies in other sectors including Amazon and Apple. They, and others like them have set the standard in their industry for others to follow and that’s where CPIC have positioned themselves.
“In eighteen months we have achieved what developers in Gwadar could not do in 17 years,” Zeeshan Shah continued.
“We are the first private developer to ever complete a development and hand over plots to buyers in the history of Gwadar’s private sector.”
The Gala Dinner also featured a guest appearance by Rabi Pirzada who acted as MC. Rabi has a huge following in Pakistan and flew in especially for the event. A live music performance was also heard along with additional speeches from Mo Khan, Rana Naveed and Asad Gill.
The whole occasion signalled another significant development in CPIC market dominance and in the history of Gwadar as a whole with a growing USA list of buyers now served by a wider operation.
