CPIC mega land acquisition in Islamabad for first ever resort community coming 2021

For the first time in the developer’s history, the multi award winning international real estate developer, CPIC Global is venturing beyond Gwadar and offering its bold vision and ambition to the Pakistan capital of Islamabad.

Acquiring 27 million square foot of land in Islamabad under the newly formed brand name Diyár Homes, CPIC Global intend to expand their luxury property offering into Pakistan’s top tier cities.

“The acquisition comes as the group looks to cement their position as the leading developer for overseas Pakistanis by expanding their land bank in Pakistan’s most prime locations,” a spokesperson for CPIC said.

Aligning with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision for the overseas diaspora of Pakistan, CPIC (under the Diyár Homes brand) plans to construct a first-of-its-kind resort style master community for overseas Pakistanis offering luxurious housing and amenities to residents. 

 “We had a 72 point criteria ranging from accessibility, infrastructure, utilities and natural landscape to ownership status, which made it extremely difficult to acquire the type of land we were looking for whilst staying within the group’s ethos of pioneering trust, transparency and sincerity to Pakistan’s real estate market,” commented CPIC.

The Islamabad project aims to attract direct foreign investment with CPIC stating further: “The overseas Pakistani diaspora is a mega asset to Pakistan, it is amongst the strongest diasporas in the world with over 8 million living and working abroad.”

At present, overseas Pakistanis send back almost $40 billion a year to the motherland. Prime Minister Khan clearly recognises that overseas investment is a key to the success of Pakistan.

Diyár Homes will of course bring all the best practices in property development to provide investors and future residents the best possible international living standards. 

The Islamabad property project set in a stunning picturesque hillside setting is currently in the initial planning stages. The project is expected to have a Gross Development Value in excess of $1.5 billion. Diyár Homes expects the sale of plots to be launched in 2021.
