The CPIC ‘Changing Perceptions’ Pak Tour is a ground-breaking initiative in which international and Pakistani social media influencers are taken on an extensive tour of Pakistan. Pak Tour 2019 was the second tour arranged and funded by CPIC – last year’s tour attracted over 5 million views across all social media platforms and this year’s tour includes 8 new mega influencers from around the world.
This is a project derived simply out of passion and the fervent desire to promote Pakistan. This is an opportunity to completely turn around the global perception of Pakistan – and we would love for our American friends and customers to join us in this journey.
We are proud to present two guest speakers for this event:-
SYED WAJIH RIZVI
Dr. Rizvi is an Associate Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, founding member of Imamia Medics International and board member of Ummah. He will speak about the perception of Pakistanis in the US and how CPIC is changing Pakistan’s perception with our work locally.
NUSRAT SOHAIL
Ms Sohail is the founder and president of “Women 2 Women”, an organisation providing Pakistani-American women with a platform to network. She also co-authored the book “Placing Global Citizenship and Literacy”. She will discuss the perception of Pakistani women in the US and the various work her organisation does.
