Are development costs included in the land price, if not what are the expected development costs and when will these be payable?

The developments costs are not included in the land price in all of Gwadar Development Authority housing projects. Development works are done with the approval of pricing from Gwadar Development Authority. It’s up to the Developer to get the budget approved by the Gwadar Development Authority for development works and it is has to be done at no profit or loss.
